Tilman currently holds the title of Professor Emeritus in the College of Education and Human Sciences at Louisiana Tech University. Early during his tenure with Tech, he worked with a talented group of colleagues and students to create Louisiana Tech’s Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral program and its associated AROS consulting group (a training ground for students). To date, the program has graduated over 40 PhDs.
In addition to teaching, he did a five year stint as department head (a job he returned to during his last year). He also had the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects with a number of companies through AROS consulting.
He is now retired and has some free time to play with AI.
